PVS Construction was founded by Vijay Banu, who has spent over 25 years working directly on residential, commercial and industrial sites in and around Thanjavur.
We take on new homes, commercial buildings and industrial sheds, and we complete them within the budget agreed at the start — not a revised one halfway through. Every project runs through the same estimating and site-review discipline, regardless of size.
We also structure joint ventures: where a land owner has the plot and the capacity to borrow but not the construction experience, we join as the building partner, sharing the built-up area under terms agreed before work begins.
